Shirt Fit
Shirt Guide
Jackets/Shirts/Sweatshirts/etc:
Like measuring your pants, make sure to use a top that fits well, to your liking.
Compare the measurements to the size charts available on each product page.
*This method gives you an estimate of your body measurements*
Chest:
Measure from pit to pit of the garment and then double the reading to get the final measurement.
Shoulder:
Measure straight across the top of the garment from one shoulder seam to the other.
Waist:
Measure the narrowest part of the garment, straight across from outer seam to outer seam (between the pit and the opening). **This measurement will be the same as the opening measurement if the shirt has gussets.
Opening:
Measure across from to seam to seam at the opening of the garment.
Length:
Measure from the top of the shoulder by the collar to the bottom of the garment. (best method for shirts without an actual collar)
OR
Flip the garment over, and measure from the bottom of the collar seam straight across to the bottom of the garment. (best method for a shirt with a collar)
Sleeve:
Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the cuff’s edge of your garment. If the garment has a raglan sleeve, use your best judgement to find where the edge of the shoulder will be.
