RETURNS

Please make your decisions carefully while placing an order. Returns can be made within 10 days of receipt for store credit ONLY. 

SALE ITEMS are final sale. No exceptions.

Any pants hemmed to your specifications are not returnable. While we strive to fulfill every request, complementary services such as hemming are not guaranteed and are done as we are able to due to time constraints- this is not a valid reason for return if these aren’t completed to your specifications. We do not use vanity sizing to measure length and waist of jeans so if you specify an inseam, we will measure and cut to that exact length.

We try to capture and depict the most accurate color and shape of the garments we post online but sometimes these can vary slightly from what they are in person. Certain colors are hard to capture on photographs so please be aware of this.

Hems are guaranteed for life.

EXCHANGES

After we receive your return, we will issue a code with your store credit to use towards the purchase of a new item. We can't hold items for exchanges, so we recommend submitting a new order for the correct size online beforehand to ensure you get the proper size.

We will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in transit as they are sent back to us, so please keep your receipt as proof of postage and buy package insurance in any event. Holiday seasons can wreck havoc on postal carriers so be aware of the slight possibilities of delays and lost packages.

Shipping Domestic and International

We ship with USPS 2-Day priority mail and UPS service at a flat rate of $9 per domestic order. Please allow up to three business days for processing and fulfillment prior to shipment from our store in Boulder. A delay might occur during sales and the holiday season as we deal with a high volume of orders. Orders are picked up twice per week by USPS. Some orders take 3 days due to USPS policy and UPS can take up to a week.

We are proud to offer our loyal customers free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States and Armed Forces locations- just use code “SHIPIT” at checkout.

We ship to most countries for a flat fee.

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Depending on your location, there may be additional fees associated with your shipment. If duties and taxes are assessed for your order, a local Courier service representative will reach out to proactively assist with the clearance and delivery of your shipment.

If you refuse to pay the taxes or duties imposed by your local government your order may be seized and you will be held responsible for all fees associated with your order and will not be refunded.
